Community Consultative Council
The Community Consultative Council (CCC) is an important communication channel between Unipar and the communities close to our factories. The Council is made up of volunteers who are either residents or people who serve in the different areas of the cities.
The group meets regularly to discuss and develop projects related to health, safety and the environment, focused at all times on raising awareness, people’s training and education, and cementing the ties between the industry and the community.
Unipar’s CCC was created in 2004, in Cubatão. Later, in 2019, it was implemented in the units of Santo André (São Paulo) and Bahía Blanca (Argentina).
Some of the initiatives that have already been undertaken by the CCC of Unipar Cubatão are emergency drills for the community, talks with the residents, trainings in health, safety and the environment, environmental awareness projects and social action days.
