Identify, assess, and mitigate integrity risks, ensuring a structured Compliance risk management process.

Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Compliance Program by implementing indicators, audits, and periodic reviews for ongoing improvement.

Compliance Structure and Governance

The Compliance area aims to ensure adherence to internal regulations and applicable legislation. Since its implementation, our structure has been designed to operate independently, focusing on mitigating compliance risks. It reports directly to the Board of Directors through the Executive Manager of Internal Audit and Compliance, reinforcing oversight and the program’s effectiveness. In addition, we have an Ethics Committee, a body responsible for decision-making regarding integrity and organizational conduct, aligned with the best governance practices.
